Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Greece, Cyprus and many European countries. See the European Countries List.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout for your country. Shipping is free for orders over €250 abroad (and over €50 in Greece, always free to a BOX NOW locker in Greece). Details: Shipping and Delivery Policy.

When will I receive my order?

Europe: about 10 business days. Greece: 1-2 business days. Cyprus: 3-4 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. See Order Tracking. If you have an account, all your orders are in your account.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) via Alpha Bank, PayPal and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available in Greece only. Details: Payment Methods.

Is card payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank with TLS encryption. We never see or store your card details. See Secure Payments.

Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, within 30 days for European countries (14 days for Greece and Cyprus). Products must be unused and undamaged, with their labels, and the shipping cost of the return is borne by you. Follow the steps in Returns and Exchange.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

Contact us at sales@ultrasclothes.gr. We will replace it and cover the shipping costs.

How do I find my size?

Check the Size Guide (also on every product page). If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.

Do you have physical stores?

Yes: Korydallos and Kallithea in Athens, and Limassol, Cyprus.
